Insert Whatever Here

A number of fans have written in to me saying they want to see more <<insert whatever here>>. I always get a chuckle of out these letters and emails. We want more Scotty, we want more Uhura, we want more Klingons. Well, folks, I'd love to accomodate you, I really would. But if you want to see <<insert whatever here>>, then you need to sit down at the computer, type it out, and send it in for consideration.
We have a lot of Chekov stories these days. Why is that? Because people like Diane Doyle, Patty Wright, Rob Morris and myself want to write those type of stories. Guess what? A number of other contributors have decided that they want to write that, too. Nomad is developing a Chekov/Reliant series for the coming year. Others have approached me as well.
I've actually been wanting to write a post-Star Trek V: The Final Frontier novella for some time, to tie the Interludes timeframe into the Third Mission timeframe. Why? I want to write that because I want to see that.
So if you want to see <<insert whatever here>>, then sit down and write it and send it in. I'd love to take a look at it!
